1. About Our Services
We Care Air LLC is a licensed HVAC contractor (Nevada License #0087820) providing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to residential and commercial customers in the Las Vegas Valley. Our services include installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems.
2. Service Appointments
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, text, or through our online booking system. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival window. While we strive to be punctual, arrival times may vary due to prior service calls.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your HVAC equipment and related areas. An adult (18 years or older) authorized to approve work must be present during service calls unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge.
3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates
We provide free estimates for system replacements, new installations, and second opinions on replacement quotes. Diagnostic service calls are $89. If you approve the repair, the $89 diagnostic fee is applied toward the cost of the work. All pricing will be explained clearly before work begins.
Authorization
No work will be performed without your authorization. Our technicians will diagnose the issue, explain your options, and provide pricing before beginning any repairs. You decide whether to proceed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be specified on your invoice. If an issue arises with our workmanship within the warranty period, we will address it at no additional charge.
Parts and Equipment
Parts and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you with warranty claims and provide documentation. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product.
Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
We strive for every customer to be happy with our service. If something isn't right, we will work with you to make it right in most cases. This is not a money-back guarantee or unconditional warranty — it is our genuine commitment to honest, quality work and fair resolution of any concerns.
Limitations
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain equipment. Pre-existing conditions discovered during service are not covered.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Care Air LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations not caused by our work, damage to concealed components discovered during service, or issues caused by other contractors or equipment not serviced by us.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with its operation.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
